What the heck is that connection between my jaw, breath, and pelvic floor everyone is talking about?!?

I call them the mysterious three.

The connection between your jaw and your pelvic floor isn’t a myth — but chances are, you're like most women.

Most women never actually feel it and, due to that, lose their sense of power that lives in your pelvis, your chest, and your mouth.

Even after years of medical and therapeutic training, I didn’t truly understand how the jaw and pelvic bowl connect.

I heard people talk about it, it made sense when I looked at the structures, but I didn’t really and fully get it. I couldn’t access the feeling of that connection — the embodiment of it.

It wasn’t until I tuned into the fascia of my jaw, diaphragm, and pelvic floor as one connected system, felt them, really knew what they looked like and what I was searching for in my own body, that things began to make sense. I started to understand these structures through the alive, immediate feedback of my hands.

Is it “fixed” now? No. But it gives me incredibly clear feedback about the patterns that carry stress, about a sense of safety, and about knowing the right distance and the right “volume” — the intensity — to connect to people, situations, and life in general.

I want you to know that I see you!

I know what it feels like when your body carries more than it should, when tension and uncertainty quietly shape your day, and when subtle signals go unnoticed simply because you aren’t familiar with them. I want to offer you the same space I found for myself after decades of longing — a space to feel, to explore, and to gently come home to your own body and understand how to meet your tissues with presence instead of tension.

Three sessions, three layers, you being you.

Sounds familiar?

Your jaw carries tension,

your breath feels shallow when life gets heavy,

your pelvis feels numb, tight, overcharged, or simply unknown.

You feel your boundaries sometimes blurry — emotionally, energetically, or physically —

and you crave a deeper contact with your inner landscape.

You’ll know if it’s time for you to join if you feel the urge to understand your body — not just in theory, but through touch, sensation, and presence.

If your body whispers “yes,” that’s enough.

Join us

Join us on December 27th, 30th, and January 3rd for a three-part online workshop. Each session lasts 1.5–2 hours, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM CET.

We gather, explore, and unwind the tissues of the mysterious three.

If you cannot attend a session live, there will be an opportunity to watch the recording. Please note, if you are unable to join more than one session live, it may not be the right time for you, as this work lives from being put into practice in a soft and gentle container. If that’s the case for you, and you still feel the urge to join, contact me before signing up so we can discuss options.

You´ll experiance.

A workshop to map the unexplored lands of your body through knowing your anatomy and experiencing your energy.

Your body, within its perfect/chosen conditions, at your own pace, entering a space where your physical and energetic systems can unwind — simply by being met with the right conditions: the right amount of attention, the right amount of engagement, the right pace.

Because women deserve to be taken seriously.
Because the medical system rarely gives us the time or depth we need.
Because our bodies hold wisdom that modern life constantly rushes past.
Because when you reconnect with your jaw, your breath, and your pelvis, something profound reorganizes inside you.

This workshop is a place of slowness.
A place of clarity.
A place where you take your health - quite literally - back into your own hands.

It would be an honor to have you there.

Hi, I am Sara!

I am heartbroken and furious that so many women’s bodies are still treated as if certain struggles are “normal.” The second most common surgery after a C-section in women in the Western world is the removing of the uterus and it often happens without women truly understanding their bodies or having real guidance throughout these experiences.

Being furious led me to become curious. My curiosity drove me to explore ways to reconnect with the wisdom in my hands, the tissues of my body, and the energy that moves through me. I discovered how much insight, safety, and power reside in understanding my own anatomy through direct experience. It even led me to find a way of teaching it to reconnect with the wisdom of your hands, the tissues of your body, and the energy that moves through you.

I am thrilled to share this auspicious journey with you, where you can reconnect with your body, your sensations, and your nervous system — in a welcoming, supportive, and fully guided space.

I will lead you through the anatomical landscape of your jaw, your chest, and your pelvic bowl — grounded, precise, and deeply embodied — weaving knowledge with the lived experience of feeling your body from within.

Together, we create a space where curiosity, knowledge, and sensation meet, where learning becomes experience, and experience becomes self-empowerment.

My invitation to you is simple: meet your body where it is, and meet your inner queen where she is — today, and every day.

Meet your body where it’s  at

Each session starts with an orientation, followed by some well-digestible theory bites to set the foundation. After feeding the mind, we slip into the intelligence of our very own tissue, and you leave with a sense of deeper connection and understanding of your own pace.

Session 1
Jaw & Mouth Floor

Understand the subtle hints and reactions of your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic body. Different bodies might have different needs! We begin with the anatomy of your jaw and mouth floor, exploring how these structures connect with your nervous system, including the vagus nerve. You will be guided to feel your own tissues, learning the first techniques of fascial unwinding and how subtle signals in your jaw reveal tension, boundaries, and readiness in the rest of your body.

Session 2
Breath & Diaphragm

Next, we meet the diaphragm as a living, moving structure. Through guided exercises, you will learn how to mobilize the diaphragm, open the bronchial passages, and direct your breath into the deeper regions of your chest. The breath becomes a feedback system, helping you sense tension, relaxation, and the subtle language of your fascia.

Session 3
Pelvic Floor & Power

Finally, we explore the pelvic floor — its anatomy, its connection to the inner thigh fascia, and its subtle influence on sexual energy and overall vitality. You will learn to sense and differentiate areas of tension and release, discovering the strength, intelligence, and sensual presence that reside in your pelvis. Each session ends with integration, reflection, and sharing to consolidate your experience.

Et voilà, after three sessions

After the three sessions, you will know how your mouth floor responds when a boundary is crossed — physically, mentally, emotionally, or energetically. Your breath can deepen, unlocking the body’s natural processes of regulation and regeneration, while your parasympathetic nervous system begins to settle. You will feel what is possible to experience when you truly connect with your sensations, and you will gain a clearer understanding of the power that resides in your pelvic floor.

Your connection to your own sexuality - whether alone or with a partner - can reach a depth you may not have encountered before, guided by your own hands and your attentive presence. You will learn to tune into your tissues, to listen and respond to the subtle language of your fascia, muscles, and energy, giving your body exactly what it needs.

This is not about performance or achieving something external. It is about feeling, knowing, and experiencing your body with curiosity and presence, allowing your nervous system to reorganize, life to flow more effortlessly, and your inner strength and aliveness to emerge naturally.

Why you  should care - and come!

Well, first of all, it’s your body.

Second: Your pelvic health can be preserved or improved simply by establishing a connection between you, your hands, and your physical, emotional, mental and energetic body.

And on top of that -

Imagine, for a moment,

you don’t have to hold it all together.

Imagine the subtle effort your body has been carrying —

the quiet tension in your belly, the grip in your hips, the guarding around your pleasure -

softening, not because you force it to, but because it is finally possible to choose the right amount, to drop into your pelvic bowl.

Imagine a kind of support that doesn’t ask anything from you.

No tightening. No performing. No proving.

Just the ground beneath you, the breath within you, the gentle pulse of life reminding you:
You are held.
You are safe.
You can rest into what’s already here.

When your whole being remembers that it is supported, the nervous system begins to reorganize. Life starts to flow effortlessly where before there was only effort.

And from this quiet inner place, something tender wakes up - not to be achieved, but to be felt.

Imagine beginning to listen - really listen - to the subtle signals your nervous system offers all the time. How it tells you when to open, when to pause, when to reach, and when to rest.

Imagine bringing these signals into your search for inner strength, aliveness, and the whole-body experience of pleasure — not as something to chase, but as something that unfolds naturally when your body feels safe enough to express what’s present.

Dare to feel you.
